Volunteer Help

Want to get involved in helping improve the lives of those affected by autism?  There are many ways to volunteer with the Autism Society of Greater Madison.

Board of Directors
Members of the ASGM Board of Directors help steer the organization, brainstorm new opportunities for our communities, maintain our financial health and help advocate for those affected by autism. The Board meets once a month, and Board members are asked to serve on one committee.

Committee membership
ASGM is also guided by committees focusing on marketing, fundraising, finance, education and outreach. Committees meet once a month.

Educational volunteers
ASGM is always looking for people willing to share their expertise with our members and communities through seminars and workshops. If you have a area of interest that you would like to share, we are happy to work with you to create an exciting educational opportunity!

Special event volunteers
ASGM special events run from January to December, and all could use smiling faces! Special event duties range from staffing an information table to helping children create imaginative artwork to dishing out ice cream and more!
