Golf FORE Autism
4th Annual Outing on Friday, August 16th (2013)
Vitense Golfland 5501 Schroeder Road (at the Beltline and Whitney Way) in Madison
Autism Society of South Central Wisconsin gets 15% of sales for the ENTIRE day at Vitense Golfland (games, golf, food and drink) from anyone that wears the wristband given at welcoming table by the outdoor patio.
Please attend, invite and bring as many people as possible and you can go anytime that Friday!!!
We are looking for numerous kids and parents to play in various afternoon mini golf tournaments…please see schedule below. The cost is $12 per player and that includes the game, kids meal for lunch and chance for prizes.
We are looking for 36 adults to play in the evening competitions. The cost is $50 per player and that includes meal, mini golf, driving range event, par 3 contest, and chance for prizes.
SPONSORSHIPS
(56) Holes available for $10 each at indoor and outdoor mini golf and it can have business logo or a fun phrase (ex. Gaby’s Green Space)
(9) Holes available for $40 each for tee box placement on par 3 course
(2) Signs or banners available on driving range all day for $100 each
(4) Signs or large banners to one sponsor for $500 at building entrance, on patio, driving range and par 3 course WE need payment with slogan and/or logo for signage by August 2nd
We have free use (from 10am to close) of BOTH community rooms that have patios that look out over the facilities. One room will be for gathering and the other room will be a QUIET ROOM for those on the Autism Spectrum that care to use it.
Remember that friends and family can do both outdoor and indoor activities during these competitions so everyone can have a great time.
Autism related merchandise will be sold, donation jars will be present and a raffle will be held on the patio. Raffle tickets will be 3 for $5, 8 for $10 and 20 for $20.

9:00am-10:00am: Staff and volunteers set up 10:30am: Registration for Spectrum Families
11:00am-12:00pm: Spectrum tournament and lunch time 12:30pm: Registration for AUsome Social Group
1:00pm-2:00pm: AUsome tourney and lunch time
2:30pm: Registration for Partnering Agencies/Sponsor Families 3:00pm-4:00pm: Partner/Sponsor tourney and snack time
5:30pm-6:00pm: Registration for Adult Teams 6:00pm-6:45pm: Dinner of sandwiches, chips and drink
7:00pm: Miniature Golf Tournament with teams of 2 players each
8:00pm: Driving Range Competition with 3 balls each for closest to pin
9:00pm: Par 3 Tournament with teams of 4 players each in best ball format
10:30pm: Award ceremony
